If you are traveling by car within Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, head towards the main entrance of the sanctuary. From the entrance, follow the signs directing you to the various lodges and facilities. Continue on the main road until you reach the exit of the sanctuary. Once you exit, turn left onto the MR3 road. Continue on MR3 for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for the sign for Malkerns and turn right onto the G629 road. Malandelas Complex will be on your left after about 2 kilometers. There is no entry fee for driving to Malandelas, but ensure your vehicle is in good condition for the journey.

Public Transportation
To reach Malandelas Complex using public transportation, first make your way to the nearest bus or taxi rank from wherever you are within Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary. Look for a taxi or bus heading towards Malkerns. Once you board the vehicle, inform the driver that you are heading to Malandelas Complex. The fare should be around E20-30 (ZAR equivalent) per person. After approximately 20-30 minutes, you will arrive in Malkerns. From the drop-off point, you can either walk (approximately 1.5 km) or request a local taxi to take you to Malandelas Complex. The walk will take about 20 minutes. Keep an eye out for the G629 road, as Malandelas will be on the left side.
