    Getting There

    Walking

    If you are starting from Meskel Square, walk towards the east on Menelik II Avenue. Continue for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Bole Road. Turn left onto Bole Road, and walk for another 750 meters until you see the entrance to Friendship Park on your right.

    Starting from the National Museum of Ethiopia, exit the museum and head southeast on King George VI Street. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Menelik II Avenue. Turn right and continue walking for about 600 meters. You will find Friendship Park on your left.

    From the Addis Ababa University, walk down the main road (Addis Ababa University Road) towards Arada. After about 800 meters, turn left onto Menelik II Avenue, then walk straight for another 500 meters. Friendship Park will be on your right side.

    If you are at the Ethnological Museum, exit the museum and head northwest on the main road. Walk for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Meskel Square. From there, continue walking straight towards Menelik II Avenue and follow the directions as mentioned from Meskel Square.
