Turn left at the intersection and continue for about 5 kilometers, following the signs for Ayalew Lake (Doko Tsida). The lake is located near the coordinates 6.2759° N, 37.5679° E. Make sure to have GPS or a map application handy to avoid getting lost. Parking is available near the lake.

Public Transportation (Minibus)
Head to the Arbaminch bus station and look for a minibus heading to Chencha. The fare is usually around 10-20 Ethiopian Birr. Once you arrive in Chencha, hire a local taxi or a bajaj (three-wheeled vehicle) to take you to Cencia, which is about 5 kilometers away. The taxi fare should be around 50-100 Ethiopian Birr. Ask the driver to take you to Ayalew Lake (Doko Tsida) using the coordinates 6.2759° N, 37.5679° E for accurate navigation.

For the adventurous, rent a bicycle in Arbaminch and cycle towards Chencha. Follow the same route as for car rental, approximately 23 kilometers to the intersection for Cencia, then another 5 kilometers.
