From the center of Arbaminch, locate the bus station. Take a bus heading towards Mele. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the Bano Forest stop. After disembarking, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along a dirt path to reach the entrance of Bano Forest. Be prepared for a small fee to enter the forest, which is typically around 20 Ethiopian Birr.
