Start at the Bahir Dar Grand Hotel, which is located in the city center. From the hotel, head east on Gonder Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Lake Tana. Turn left at this intersection and walk for another 500 meters. You will see a sign for Fentahun Ayalew Green on your right. The park entrance is located at coordinates 11.5610397, 37.3677067.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near the city center. Start your ride at the main square and head southeast on Gonder Road.
