Starting from Debre Libanos Monastery, head southeast on the main road (the Debre Libanos to Addis Ababa road). Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to the Fincha'a waterfall. Follow the signs or GPS directions to CMH5+W3Q, Debra. The road may be unpaved and bumpy, so drive carefully. Parking is available near the waterfall site.

From Debre Libanos Monastery, take a minibus heading towards Debre Markos. Inform the driver that you wish to stop at Fincha'a waterfall. The journey will take around 30 minutes.
