If you are traveling by car from the main entrance of Mago National Park, head southeast on the main road towards Jinka. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach the junction marked by a sign for Buchi. Turn left onto the road towards Buchi and continue for about 15 kilometers until you see the sign for Kure protected natural forest. The forest is located at approximately F727+968, Buchi. Park your vehicle at the designated parking area before entering the forest.

To reach Kure protected natural forest using public transportation, start at the main entrance of Mago National Park and find a shared taxi or minibus heading towards Jinka. After about 30 kilometers, ask the driver to drop you off at the Buchi junction. From there, you can either hire a local guide with a motorcycle to take you the remaining 15 kilometers to Kure protected natural forest or wait for another shared taxi heading in that direction.
