To reach Kafta Sheraro National Park by car, start from the city of Mekelle, which is the capital of the Tigray Region. Head northwest on the A2 highway towards Sheraro. Continue on the A2 for approximately 120 kilometers until you reach the town of Sheraro. Once in Sheraro, follow the signs to the Kafta Sheraro National Park entrance, which is located a few kilometers to the west of the town. The park is situated at coordinates 14.250241, 37.262077. Make sure to check your fuel level and carry enough supplies, as there may be limited services along the way.

For those traveling by public transportation, take a bus from Mekelle to Sheraro, which can be found at the Mekelle bus station. The journey typically takes around 3-4 hours, depending on road conditions. Once you arrive in Sheraro, you will need to hire a local taxi or arrange for a ride to the entrance of Kafta Sheraro National Park.
