Walking
From the center of Bahir Dar, head north on Gondar Road until you reach the intersection with Bezawit Road. Turn left onto Bezawit Road and continue for about 1 km. You'll pass local shops and cafes. Look for signage indicating the Blue Nile entrance at HCR5+5G4, Bezawit Rd.
Public Transport
Catch a minibus from the main bus station in Bahir Dar heading towards Bezawit. Inform the driver of your destination. Get off the minibus once you arrive at Bezawit Road. From there, head down Bezawit Road for about 400 meters; you will see Blue Nile on your left. Minibus fare is typically inexpensive, costing only a few Birr.
Rickshaw (Bajaj)
Find a Bajaj in Bahir Dar and negotiate a fare to Blue Nile on Bezawit Road. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at HCR5+5G4, Bezawit Rd. Expect to pay between 30-50 Birr for a private charter.
