Continue walking towards the end of the harbor, where you will see a path leading upwards towards Klakkur. Follow this path, which is well marked, and be prepared for a moderate hike as you ascend. The trail is approximately 2 kilometers long and should take about 30-40 minutes to reach the viewpoint at Klakkur.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike in Klaksvik. Start from the town center and head towards the main road leading out of the town. Follow the signs for Klakkur, which will guide you to the trailhead. The bike ride is about 2 kilometers, and you will have the option to park your bike at the base of the trail before continuing on foot. The trail itself is not suitable for biking, so plan to walk the final stretch to Klakkur.
