If you are driving from Skúvoy to Kunoy, first ensure you have a vehicle equipped for the terrain. Begin your journey by taking the ferry from Skúvoy to the main island of Suðuroy. The ferry terminal is located at the harbor in Skúvoy. Check the ferry schedule in advance, as departures may vary. Once you arrive at the Suðuroy terminal, drive across Suðuroy towards the ferry terminal at Sandvík. From there, take the ferry to the island of Norðoyar. Upon arrival at Norðoyar, follow the signs to Kunoy, which is approximately a 15-minute drive from the terminal. Be prepared for winding roads and check for any ferry fees that may apply.
