Getting There

Walking

If you are starting from the center of Strendur, head southwest towards the main road (Route 1). Continue walking for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the Tórshavn Ferry Terminal. From there, you can catch a ferry to Tórshavn. Once you arrive at Tórshavn, walk towards the city center. After exiting the ferry terminal, head straight on Niels Finsens Gøta street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Tinganes. Tinganes is along the waterfront and is easily recognizable by its picturesque wooden houses.

From Strendur, take the local bus (line 300) heading to Tórshavn. Buses are relatively frequent, so check the schedule at the bus stop. The journey takes around 30 minutes.
