From the center of Strendur, head southeast on the main road, Route 9. Continue walking for about 1.5 km until you reach the bus stop at Strendur, Betlsvøttur. This is a popular stop for locals and visitors alike, and it should be easy to find. From here, you will need to catch a bus heading to Tórshavn. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited. The bus ride to Tórshavn takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the Tórshavn bus terminal, and from there, you can walk to Víngarðurin. Exit the bus terminal and head northwest on Tróndargøta for about 500 meters. Víngarðurin will be on your left at 31 100 Tróndargøta.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike in Strendur. Start by heading southeast on Route 9, cycling for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the bus stop at Strendur, Betlsvøttur. From there, follow the same route as the walking directions by catching a bus to Tórshavn. After arriving at the bus terminal in Tórshavn, continue your journey on your bike. Cycle northwest on Tróndargøta for about 500 meters, and you will find Víngarðurin on your left at 31 100 Tróndargøta.
