In Klaksvík, board the Route 56 ferry to Syðradalur on Kalsoy Island. The ferry trip takes about 20 minutes. It is advisable to book your ferry ticket in advance. The cost for a vehicle and driver is 160 DKK, and 40 DKK for each additional adult passenger. Parking is free next to the ferry port.

Upon arrival in Syðradalur, Kalsoy, take the Route 506 bus to Trøllanes. The bus ride costs approximately 20 DKK. From the bus stop in Trøllanes, follow the road north.
