Getting There

Walking
From the center of Ba, head south on the main road towards the Ba River. Continue walking until you reach the Ba Bridge. Cross the bridge and take the first left onto a small path leading into the hills. Follow this path for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork. Take the right path, which will take you deeper into the forested area. Continue on this trail for another 1 kilometer, and you will start to see signs indicating you are close to Nasomo. The trail will lead you to the entrance of the hiking area. There are no costs associated with walking to Nasomo.

From Nadi or Suva, take a bus to Ba. From the Ba bus station, you can either walk (as described in the 'Walking' guidance) or take a taxi to the Nasomo hiking area. Bus fare from Nadi to Ba: Approximately FJD 5-10. Bus fare from Suva to Ba: Approximately FJD 8-15. Taxi fare from Ba town to Nasomo: Approximately FJD 15-25.
