Car
From Denarau Island, head southeast on the main road towards Nadi. Continue on the Queens Road (Highway 1) for approximately 10 kilometers. Look for signs to Naroro and turn left onto Naroro Road. Follow Naroro Road for about 5 kilometers until you reach Tavuni Hill Fort, which is located at the end of the road. Parking is available on-site. Please note that there is an entry fee of 15 FJD per person.

Public Transportation
Take a bus from Denarau Island towards Nadi. Buses frequently leave from the main bus stop near the resorts. Request to get off at the stop for Naroro Road. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Tavuni Hill Fort. Follow Naroro Road until you reach the entrance. Keep in mind that the entry fee is 15 FJD per person, and you may want to bring cash as card payments might not be accepted.

You can also hire a taxi from Denarau Island to Tavuni Hill Fort. The drive should take around 20 minutes, and you can negotiate a fare with the driver beforehand. Expect to pay around 30-50 FJD for a one-way trip. Ensure to clarify the return trip if you need the taxi to wait for you.
