From the center of Porvoo, head southeast on Aleksanterinkatu, then continue onto Emäsalontie for about 10 km, following signs for Varlaxudden. The recreation area is located at Emäsalontie 1420. Parking is available on-site. Note that the road to Varlaxudden is narrow and winding. Parking is free.

If you are near the Emäsalontie area, follow Emäsalontie road towards Varlaxudden. The walk from the nearest bus stop is about 1 kilometer, taking approximately 15-20 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views of the Archipelago Sea along the way.
