If you are near the Helsinki Metro, take the Metro to 'University of Helsinki' station. From there, exit the station and head east on Kaivokatu street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Aleksanterinkatu. Turn left onto Aleksanterinkatu, and after a short walk, you will find Senaatintori on your right.

You can take tram number 2 or 3 to reach Senaatintori. Board the tram at any tram stop along the route. If you are near the central railway station, you can catch tram 2 or 3 from the 'Rautatientori' stop. Ride until you get to the 'Senaatintori' stop. Once you get off, you will see the square in front of you.

Bus
If you are taking a bus, find the nearest bus stop that serves lines 14, 18, or 22, which connect to the city center. Get off at the 'Kaisaniemi' stop, then walk east through the park and continue straight until you reach Senate Square. It is about a 10-minute walk.

If you are already in the city center, you can walk to Senaatintori. From the Helsinki Cathedral, head directly south down Unioninkatu street. Continue walking until you reach the square, which is just a few minutes away.
