Getting There

• Car

  From Levi, head southeast on Route 79 (Levin Kyläntie) for about 15 kilometers. Follow the road signs towards Rovaniemi. Once you reach the junction with Route 4 (E75), continue straight to merge onto Route 4 heading south. After approximately 100 kilometers, take the exit toward Rovaniemi. Follow the signs for Santa Claus Village, which is located about 8 kilometers from the city center of Rovaniemi. The village will be well signposted once you approach the area. Parking is available at the village, but may incur a small fee.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Santa Claus Village from Levi using public transport, begin by taking the bus from Levi to Rovaniemi. The bus service, operated by Lapland Hotels, typically runs several times a day and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once in Rovaniemi, you will need to transfer to the Santa Claus Village shuttle bus, which is also available throughout the day. The shuttle bus ride takes around 15 minutes. Make sure to check the current bus schedules and ticket prices; a round trip from Levi to Rovaniemi may cost approximately 30-40 euros.

• Taxi

  For a more direct and personal route, consider taking a taxi from Levi to Santa Claus Village. Taxis can be booked via local taxi services or through ride-sharing apps available in Finland. The drive will take roughly 30-40 minutes depending on traffic and costs around 100-150 euros one way. This option is ideal if you are traveling in a group or with family and prefer convenience.
