Bus
To reach Linnanmäki from central Porvoo, head to the Porvoo bus station located on Mannerheimintie. Take the bus number 300 towards Helsinki. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Helsinki bus terminal, follow the signs to the metro station (about a 5-minute walk). Take the metro (Line M1) towards Tapiola and get off at the Alppiharju station. From there, it’s a 15-minute walk to Linnanmäki. Head west on Alppiharjuntie, turn left on Vihdintie, and continue straight until you reach Tivolikuja 1, where Linnanmäki is located.
Train and Tram
Begin your journey at Porvoo bus station and take the bus to the nearby train station in Lahti (approximately 20 minutes). From Lahti, take a train to Helsinki Central Station. Once in Helsinki, exit the station and head to the tram stop. Board tram number 7 or 9 in the direction of Linnanmäki and get off at the Linnanmäki stop. The amusement park will be just a short walk from the tram stop.
Walking and Public Transport
If you prefer to explore on foot, start by walking towards the Porvoo bus station. From there, take the bus number 300 to Helsinki (about 30 minutes). Upon arrival at the Helsinki bus terminal, you can either walk to Linnanmäki (approximately 30 minutes) or take the metro from the terminal to Alppiharju station, then walk from there as described earlier. The walk will take you through some lovely parts of Helsinki.
