Getting There

Car
From the center of Ruka, head southeast on Rukatunturintie road for about 5 kilometers. Continue straight until you reach a junction. Take a right turn onto the E75 highway towards Kuusamo. After approximately 15 kilometers, take exit 19 towards Oulanka National Park. Follow the signs to Oulangan Taika Oy, which will be located on your left after about 2 kilometers. The total drive time should be around 25 minutes.

Public Transportation
From the Ruka bus station, take the bus heading to Kuusamo. The bus departs every hour. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Oulanka National Park stop. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi for the remaining 2 kilometers to Oulangan Taika Oy. The walk will take approximately 25 minutes, following the signs towards the Oulanka Visitor Center.
