Car
If you are driving from Ruka, start by heading south on the Ruka ski resort road (Rukatunturintie) towards the E75 highway. Merge onto the E75 highway heading east. Continue on the E75 for about 20 kilometers until you reach the exit towards Kuusamo (Exit 10). Take the exit and follow the signs for Kuusamo town center. Turn right onto Torangintaival, and you will find the tourist center of Karhuntassu at number 2 on your left.

If you are using public transport, you can take a bus from Ruka to Kuusamo. Check the local bus schedule; there are typically buses departing from Ruka to Kuusamo multiple times a day. Once you arrive at the Kuusamo bus station, exit the station and head south on Torangintaival street for about 1 kilometer. The tourist center of Karhuntassu will be on your right at number 2.
