From Ruka, head southwest on Rukatunturintie toward Ruka Ski Resort. Continue straight for approximately 21 km. You'll reach the junction with Juumantie. Turn left onto Juumantie (Road 869). Continue for about 10 km, and you will arrive at the Pieni Karhunkierros Circle Trail starting point located at Juumantie 133, 93850 Kuusamo. Parking is available nearby, and there may be a nominal fee for parking.
