If you are in the city center of Tampere, start at the main square (Keskustori). Head northwest towards Hämeenkatu (the main street). Walk along Hämeenkatu until you reach the intersection with Näsijärvenkatu. Turn left onto Näsijärvenkatu. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Näsi Park, which will be on your right.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Tampere city center, walk to the nearest bus stop at the main square (Keskustori). Take bus number 3 or 4 towards Näsijärvi for approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Näsijärvenkatu' stop. From there, walk a short distance (about 300 meters) along Näsijärvenkatu until you reach Näsi Park on your left.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental stations in the city center. Head towards Hämeenkatu and cycle straight until you reach Näsijärvenkatu.
