If you are already in the central area of Keskusta, the best way to reach Väinö Linna Square is by walking. Start at the main square, Tulli, and head southeast towards Rautatieasema (the railway station). From there, you can follow the signs directing you to the city park, which will lead you along the scenic path. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Väinö Linna Square, which is located just off the main pedestrian area.

You can take the local tram to get to Väinö Linna Square. Look for tram lines 1 or 2, which run frequently through Keskusta. Board the tram at the nearest stop to your location (for example, the Rautatieasema stop). After a short ride of about 5 minutes, disembark at 'Väinö Linna aukio' stop. From there, it’s just a short walk to the square itself. Please note that a single tram ticket costs around €3 and can be purchased at ticket machines located at tram stops.
