Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Turku Cathedral, head south on Kirkkokatu toward the Aurakatu street. Turn left onto Aurakatu and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Turku City Hall will be on your right at Aurakatu 2.

  • Walking

    From the Turku Market Square, walk east on Aurakatu. Continue walking straight for approximately 7 minutes. You will see Turku City Hall on your left at Aurakatu 2, just before you reach the river.

  • Bus

    Take bus number 1 or 2 from the 'Matkahuolto' bus station towards the city center. Get off at the 'Aurakatu' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Turku City Hall. Head south on Aurakatu for about 2 minutes, and you will find the City Hall on your left at Aurakatu 2.

    If you are at the Turku University, exit the campus and head towards the city center. Walk down the 'Läntinen Rantakatu' road until you reach the bridge. Cross the river at the bridge and continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Aurakatu. Turn right, and Turku City Hall will be on your left at Aurakatu 2.
