Walking
If you are starting from the Vaasa city center, head northeast on the main street, Kauppakatu, toward the intersection with Hovioikeudenpuistikko. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Hovioikeudenpuistikko. Follow this road for about 500 meters until you reach the next roundabout. Take the first exit onto Museokatu, and after a short walk of about 200 meters, you will see the Ostrobothnian Museum on your right at Museokatu 3.

Bus
From the Vaasa City Hall, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Vaasa rautatieasema'. Take bus number 5, which is heading towards 'Uusikaarlepyy'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Museokatu' stop. From there, walk approximately 300 meters southwest along Museokatu, and you will find the Ostrobothnian Museum on your left at Museokatu 3.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Vaasa city center and head toward the waterfront promenade. Follow the promenade north until you reach the bridge over the bay. Cross the bridge and continue straight along the bike paths. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto Museokatu. The Ostrobothnian Museum will be located on your right after about 500 meters at Museokatu 3.
