Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, make your way to Kissimmee, Florida. From Orlando, take the FL-528 W highway and exit onto FL-417 S towards Kissimmee. Continue on FL-417 S and take exit 10 for US-192 W. Follow US-192 W until you reach E Monument Ave, then turn left. The Monument of States will be on your right at 300 E Monument Ave. There is free parking available on the street around the monument.

    To reach the Monument of States via public transportation, start by taking a Lynx bus from your nearest stop in Orlando. Take the Lynx Route 8 or Route 42 towards Kissimmee. You will need to get off at the 'Kissimmee City Hall' stop, which is within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) of the monument. From there, walk east on E Monument Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach 300 E Monument Ave. Be sure to check the Lynx schedule for exact bus times and fares, which are typically around $2 per ride.
