Car
If you are driving from the center of Big Bend, head east on TX-118 towards Alpine. Continue onto TX-90 E, then merge onto I-10 E. After approximately 90 miles, take exit 138 for US-83 S toward McAllen. Continue on US-83 S for about 50 miles until you reach Fort Myers. Once you are in Fort Myers, follow the signs for Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve. Specifically, from I-75, take exit 136, then turn left onto Colonial Blvd. After about 3 miles, turn right onto Penzance Blvd, and the preserve will be on your left at 7751 Penzance Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33966.
