Turn right onto Pine Island Road (FL-78), and continue for approximately 6 miles until you reach Bokeelia. The Useppa Museum is located on Useppa Island, which is accessible by ferry. You will need to park your car at the Bokeelia parking area and take the ferry to Useppa Island. The ferry ride costs around $20 per person round trip.
