Bus
To get to Boyd Hill Nature Preserve from Clearwater, head to the nearest bus stop and take the PSTA bus route 300 in the direction of St. Petersburg. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the stop for 34th St S & 11th Ave S. From there, walk south on 34th St S for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Country Club Way S. Turn right onto Country Club Way S and continue walking until you arrive at the preserve entrance.
Bike
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in Clearwater. Start your journey by heading south on the Pinellas Trail. Follow the trail for about 14 miles, which will take you through beautiful scenery. When you reach the intersection of 34th St S, turn left and continue until you reach Country Club Way S. Turn right onto Country Club Way S, and you will find Boyd Hill Nature Preserve on your left.
Walking
If you're staying close to the waterfront in Clearwater, consider walking part of the way. Start at Clearwater Beach and head south along the beach promenade. You can follow the Gulf Boulevard until you reach the Clearwater Memorial Causeway. Cross over the causeway to reach the mainland, then continue south on 34th St N. It’s about a 5-mile walk, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Once on 34th St S, turn left and walk until you reach Country Club Way S, where you will find the entrance to the preserve.
