If you are starting from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Island Estates' and take the PSTA bus route 60. This bus will take you towards Largo. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at 'Ulmerton Rd + 125th St N'. From the bus stop, walk east on Ulmerton Rd for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach Florida Botanical Gardens, located at 12520 Ulmerton Rd. Look for the entrance on your left.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Clearwater. Start from Clearwater Beach and head north on Mandalay Ave. Continue on to the Pinellas Trail, which runs parallel to Ulmerton Rd. Follow the trail until you reach Ulmerton Rd, then turn left. Florida Botanical Gardens will be on your right after a short ride of about 3 miles.
