If you are starting from the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, head north on Atlantic Avenue towards Main Street. Continue along Atlantic Avenue for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with International Speedway Blvd. Turn right onto International Speedway Blvd and walk for approximately 0.5 miles. At the next major intersection, turn left onto Clyde Morris Blvd. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Granada Blvd. Here, you can catch the local bus service (Votran) at the nearest bus stop if you prefer not to walk the remaining distance. If you choose to continue walking, follow Clyde Morris Blvd for another 0.7 miles until you arrive at the intersection with 100 Tarragona Way. Tarragona Tower will be on your right.

Begin at any local bus stop along the Votran route. Board the Votran Bus Route 4, which travels between Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at the intersection of International Speedway Blvd and Clyde Morris Blvd. From there, transfer to Votran Bus Route 10, which will take you directly towards the Daytona Highlands. Get off at the stop closest to 100 Tarragona Way. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to Tarragona Tower, which will be on your left.
