Walk along the sidewalk on the north side of Highway 98. Continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach the entrance of Henderson Beach State Park, located on the right side of the road at 17000 Emerald Coast Pkwy. The park is well-marked, and you’ll enjoy views of the beach along the way.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from the center of Destin to Henderson Beach State Park. Start by heading east on Highway 98, taking the bike lane on the north side of the road. As you cycle, enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful scenery. After approximately 1.5 miles, you'll see the entrance to Henderson Beach State Park on your right at 17000 Emerald Coast Pkwy. The park has bike racks available for parking.
Public Transport

Board the bus heading towards Destin Harbor or the nearest route that stops at Henderson Beach State Park.
