If you're in the heart of Destin, head west on Highway 98 (Emerald Coast Parkway). Walk along the sidewalk on the south side of the highway until you reach the intersection with Gulf Shore Drive. Cross Highway 98 at the crosswalk, and continue straight onto Gulf Shore Drive. Follow Gulf Shore Drive for about half a mile, passing several beach access points along the way. You'll eventually see the entrance to Norriego Point Beach Access and Park on your left, marked by a small parking area and signs indicating the beach access.
