If you are starting from the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center in Everglades National Park, head west on Main Park Road (State Road 9336). Continue for about 7.5 miles until you reach the junction with the Florida Turnpike (I-75). Take the exit onto I-75 North. After approximately 5 miles, take exit 19 for US-41 West (Tamiami Trail). Follow US-41 for about 10 miles. Turn right onto the road leading to the Everglades and Francis S. Taylor Wildlife Management Area - WCA 3B, which is located on the left side of the road. Parking is available at designated areas.
