Car
From Everglades National Park, exit the park via the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center. Head east on the Main Park Road (State Road 9336) towards Homestead. Continue on this road until you reach US-1 South. Merge onto US-1 South and continue for approximately 20 miles. Take the exit for SW 57th Ave (towards Coral Gables) and turn right onto SW 57th Ave. Continue on SW 57th Ave until you reach the intersection with Old Cutler Road. Turn left onto Old Cutler Road, and after a short distance, you will see Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden on your left. There is an entrance fee of $15 per car.

From there, you can take the Miami-Dade Transit bus route 38 towards the Miami-Dade Transit Center.
