Car
If you're driving, start from downtown Gold Coast. Head south on US-1 S (Federal Highway) and continue for about 10 miles. Merge onto I-95 S and follow signs for Miami. Take exit 2B for US-41 S toward Florida 826 E. Continue on US-41 S for about 5 miles until you reach Coconut Grove. Turn left onto Main Hwy, and The Barnacle Historic State Park will be on your right at 3485 Main Hwy. Look for the parking area near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach The Barnacle Historic State Park via public transportation, start at the nearest Tri-Rail station in Gold Coast. Take the southbound train towards Miami Airport. Get off at the Miami Airport Station and transfer to the Miami Metrobus. Take bus route 38 towards Coconut Grove. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at Main Hwy and Bayview Rd. Walk north on Main Hwy for approximately 10 minutes, and you will see The Barnacle Historic State Park on your left at 3485 Main Hwy.
