Take exit 2B for US-41 S toward Florida 826 E. Continue on US-41 S for about 5 miles until you reach Coconut Grove. Turn left onto Main Hwy, and The Barnacle Historic State Park will be on your right at 3485 Main Hwy. Look for the parking area near the entrance.
