If you are driving from anywhere in the First Coast area, take I-95 South. Exit at FL-16 (Exit 318) towards St. Augustine. Continue on FL-16 for about 4 miles. The aquarium is located at 2045 FL-16, on your left side. There is ample parking available on-site, and parking is free.
