To reach the International Swimming Hall of Fame from central Fort Lauderdale, start by heading to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the Broward County Transit bus Route 11, which travels along A1A. Board the bus heading south towards the beach. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop near Las Olas Boulevard. From there, transfer to Route 40 and continue towards the South Beach area. After another 10 minutes, get off at Hall of Fame Drive. The museum will be directly in front of you.

The Water Taxi is a scenic way to arrive at the International Swimming Hall of Fame. Head to a nearby Water Taxi stop, such as the one located at the Las Olas Riverfront. Purchase a ticket and board the taxi heading towards the Fort Lauderdale Beach area. Enjoy the ride along the waterways for about 20 minutes. Disembark at the stop closest to the museum, which is the 'International Swimming Hall of Fame' stop. The museum is a short walk from the dock.
