From there, walk east on Penzance Blvd for about 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance of Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve at 7751 Penzance Blvd. The preserve is on your right.

    If you have access to a bicycle, start at the downtown area and head south on McGregor Blvd. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Six Mile Cypress Pkwy. Turn right onto Six Mile Cypress Pkwy and ride for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Penzance Blvd and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance of Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve at 7751 Penzance Blvd.

Start at the Caloosahatchee River and head south on Hendry Street, which will turn into McGregor Blvd. Continue walking south for about 2.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with Six Mile Cypress Pkwy, turn right and walk for about 1 mile until you reach Penzance Blvd. Turn left and walk for another 0.5 miles to reach the entrance of Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve at 7751 Penzance Blvd.
