Continue for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with SW 58th Dr. Turn right onto SW 58th Dr, and you will find Kanapaha Botanical Gardens on your left at 4700 SW 58th Dr. Look for the entrance sign and parking area. There is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle.

To reach Kanapaha Botanical Gardens via public transportation, take the RT 1 bus from downtown Gainesville. Board the bus on University Ave at the nearest stop. Ride the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the SW 58th Dr & SW 47th St stop. From there, you will need to walk about 0.5 miles north along SW 58th Dr to reach the gardens. There is a fare of $1.50 for a one-way trip on the bus.
