Transfer to bus number 75 (Micanopy Route) at this stop. This bus will take you directly toward Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Paynes Prairie, as it can be an unmarked stop. The park entrance is located at 100 Savannah Blvd, Micanopy, FL 32667.

    If you prefer cycling, start at the University of Florida campus and head south on SW 13th St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with US-441. Turn right onto US-441 and follow it for approximately 4 miles. There will be a designated bike lane. Keep an eye out for 'Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park' signs. Once you reach the park entrance at 100 Savannah Blvd, Micanopy, FL 32667, you can lock your bike at the visitor center.

Consider bringing water and sun protection, as this route can take around 2 hours or more.
