If you are in downtown Homestead, start at the corner of N Krome Ave and NE 1st St. Head south on N Krome Ave for about 1.5 miles (24 minutes on foot) until you reach the intersection with S Krome Ave. Continue walking south for another 0.5 miles (about 8 minutes). The Florida Pioneer Museum will be on your left at 826 S Krome Ave, Florida City, FL 33034.
Bicycle
From the center of Homestead, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop. Start at the intersection of N Krome Ave and NE 1st St. Cycle south on N Krome Ave for approximately 1.5 miles, which should take about 10 minutes.
