From Homestead, head to the nearest bus station, which is located at 300 NE 1st Ave. Take the Route 38 bus towards Miami. Make sure to check the bus schedule to catch one that is heading towards Miami. After about 45 minutes, you will arrive at the Miami Metrobus Terminal. From there, transfer to the Route 119 bus towards Miami Beach. This route will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at Alton Road and 3rd Street. From that stop, walk south for one block until you reach 300 Alton Rd, Miami Beach Marina.
