Getting There

• Public Bus

  From Homestead, head to the nearest bus stop on South Krome Avenue. Look for the bus route 38, which will take you towards Miami. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the stop at NW 7th Street and 27th Avenue. Here, transfer to the Metrobus route 119, which will take you to the Miami Beach area. Get off the bus at the stop on Collins Avenue and 16th Street. From there, walk towards Washington Avenue; the SkyLine Bar and Lounge will be located at 645 Washington Ave, about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike rental shops in Homestead. Start on South Krome Avenue heading north toward the Miami area. Follow the bike paths and continue until you reach the intersection of Collins Avenue. Turn right onto Collins Avenue and proceed until you reach 16th Street. Turn left onto 16th Street and then a quick right onto Washington Avenue. The SkyLine Bar and Lounge will be on your left at 645 Washington Ave.

• Walking

  If you are in central Homestead, walking to the SkyLine Bar and Lounge is quite a trek but doable. Start by heading north on South Krome Avenue towards NW 7th Street. You will need to walk approximately 3 miles until you reach NW 7th Street. Once there, you can catch the Metrobus route 38. After getting off at Collins Avenue and 16th Street, walk down to Washington Avenue, where the bar is located. This journey is about 7-8 miles in total, so be prepared for a long hike.
