From Homestead, head to the nearest bus stop to catch the Miami-Dade Transit Bus route 38. Board the bus heading to 'Miami' and enjoy the ride. You will need to transfer at the bus terminal in Cutler Bay. After arriving at the Cutler Bay bus terminal, switch to Bus route 119 towards 'Coconut Grove.' Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 'Main Hwy & Tigertail Ave.' Once you get off, walk north on Main Hwy for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at The Barnacle Historic State Park at 3485 Main Hwy, Miami, FL 33133.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Homestead. Start your journey heading north on US-1. After about 10 miles, take a left onto SW 27th Ave, then follow the road until you reach the intersection with Main Hwy. Turn right onto Main Hwy and continue for another 2 miles. The Barnacle Historic State Park will be on your left at 3485 Main Hwy, Miami, FL 33133.

If you're in the center of Homestead, start by walking to the nearest bus stop to catch the Miami-Dade Transit Bus route 38 toward Miami. After getting off at the Cutler Bay terminal, you will have to walk to the nearby Bus route 119 stop. Once you board the 119 bus, get off at 'Main Hwy & Tigertail Ave.' From there, walk north on Main Hwy for about 10 minutes, and The Barnacle Historic State Park will be on your left at 3485 Main Hwy, Miami, FL 33133.
