From Honeymoon Island State Park, exit the park and head east on Honeymoon Island Causeway. Continue straight onto the causeway until you reach the intersection with US-19. Turn left onto US-19 North. Continue on US-19 for about 6 miles until you reach the exit for FL-54 West. Take the exit and continue on FL-54 for about 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Baillies Bluff Road. Anclote River Park will be on your left at 1119 Baillies Bluff Road, Holiday, FL 34691. Total travel time is approximately 25-30 minutes depending on traffic.

From Honeymoon Island State Park, you can take a local bus (Pasco County Public Transportation) to get to Anclote River Park. First, you’ll need to walk to the nearest bus stop on US-19. Board bus #54 heading towards Tarpon Springs. After about 30 minutes, transfer to bus #20 at the Tarpon Springs station, which will take you north. Get off at the Baillies Bluff Road stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk west along Baillies Bluff Road to reach Anclote River Park. Note that bus schedules vary, so be sure to check the latest times.
