Getting There

• Car

  From Honeymoon Island State Park, exit the park and head south on Honeymoon Island Access Road. Follow the signs to the traffic light at the intersection with the Causeway. Take a left onto the Dunedin Causeway. Continue on the Causeway for about 2 miles until you reach 61 Causeway Blvd, Dunedin, FL 34698. There is parking available, but be aware that there may be a fee depending on the time of year.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, you will need to take the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) bus service. Board the Route 61 bus from Honeymoon Island State Park. The bus will take you to the nearest stop on the Dunedin Causeway. You may need to transfer at the nearest major intersection or terminal. Be sure to check the PSTA website for the latest schedule and fare information. Once you get off the bus, it’s a short walk to 61 Causeway Blvd, Dunedin, FL 34698.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer to bike, you can rent a bike within Honeymoon Island State Park. Exit the park and follow the Honeymoon Island Access Road south. Once you reach the Dunedin Causeway, you can ride along the bike lanes that are available. The Causeway is approximately 2 miles long, and you will end at 61 Causeway Blvd, Dunedin, FL 34698. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.
