If you're starting from downtown Jacksonville, you can catch the Skyway (an elevated monorail system) at any of the downtown stations. Board the Skyway towards the Jacksonville Landing station. Once you arrive at the Jacksonville Landing station, exit and head east towards the Southbank Riverwalk. Walk south along the river until you reach Prudential Drive. Treaty Oak will be located at 1207 Prudential Dr, on your left.

From the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) bus terminal in downtown, take the bus route 5 (Southbank) towards Southpoint.
